From this page you can request a number of available services from RIGAS. Use the links to the left to select the desired service.
Requests for Quotes
RIGAS will provide a quote for offered products and services in an expedient manner as we realize our customers seldom have the luxury of an unlimited amount of time to overcome system failures. RIGAS will respond to requests within 2 business days. In most cases though a customer can receive his quote the same business day.
Request for Site Visit
RIGAS provides on-site Evaluation, Repair, and Training services to our customers. Once RIGAS receives the initial request for an on-site visit a staff member will contact the customer to coordinate and schedule the visit. Travel arrangements can be confirmed after receipt of a P.O.
Return Authorizations
A Return Authorization is required any time something is to be sent to RIGAS. A staff member will provide a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days of the request. The shipment should be marked with the RA# plainly visible in bold type with a copy of the RIGAS provided form inside the carton. Any items sent to RIGAS without a RA# are subject to be returned to the shipper at their cost.
Order Status
Click on the Order Status link to request the status of an existing order. Requests will generally be answered the same day they are received however requests received after 3:30pm EST could be answered the following business day.
Radio Program
Click on the Radio Program link to be routed to our calendar with broadcast dates. Once you've decided on the date you would like to participate, click on the Sign up for a Show link to register. A RIGAS staff member will contact you no later than the second day prior to the broadcast to confirm registration and arrange payment.
